Next, Address Standardization is applied to update addresses using the National Change of Address Registrary (NCOA). BestAddress and ChangePlus software is applied to your records, providing additional information fields of Delivery Point Barcode, Carrier Route Code, and Zip Code +4 (changing zip codes from format "60647" to "60647-2534"). This additional mailing information will speed your mail delivery and may make your mailing applicable for significant postage discounts.
Within 24 - 48 hours, you will receive your cleansed Mailing List, a copy of your original Mailing List, and a report detailing all the changes applied. Your data is always handled in a safe and secure manner.
Records can be delivered by email or on data disc in either .csv (comma seperated value) or .xls (Excel spread sheet) format. Ordering your renewed mailing list on CD costs $30, including overnight shipping cost.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL UPLOADED FILES MUST BE IN CSV FORMAT! Comma-seperated value files (also called comma delimited files) end with ".csv". To convert your mailing list to CSV format, simply open up the file in your spreadsheet program, and select the "Save As" option from the "File" menu. Change the file type to .csv and your file is ready to be uploaded! Your file will be returned to you in both .xls and .csv formats.)
